i think its time we start taking this a bit more seriously and start practising it. we are getting slaughtered on our own server cause everyone is in MW2 mode. form up in groups of 4 and start working together. someone take initiative and lead the group. something as simple as appointing a leader and then everyone sticking with the leader and working together can do wonders in this game.
Please post suggestions. everyones ideas are welcome. |

Most of the AGE group are casual instead of serious gamers.
They game to relieve stress, have fun so on and so forth.
The key to for me is to get with a group of guys that are of the same mind set.
If you are playing to run and gun then get with that group.
On the other hand if you like a more squad/tactical style then go with that.
Nothing is worse than to have a mixed bag, pure frustration!
As far as being slaughtered on our own server typically all the AGE members are not on one side.
This makes it fair for all and encourages more pub participation.
Just my 2 cents. |

oh dear god...I hear the "if everyone gets on one side, we'll run the pubs off" discussion starting again.
Someone wake me up when it's over please.
...but first, one note: it is a lot more fun when, to Preceptor's point, like minded people squad up and work together. We all did it the other night and we rolled like steel ball bearings down a slope. There were a few AGE guys on the other team, but the majority were on one side (at least two full squads), and you know what? The pubs stayed. Imagine that.
...but then again, I'll take anyone's tags...AGE or not. Stand around, you won't be around.
Now, I'll go sit and wait for EA to get their Master Servers online again. |

Seems tome from this conversation and comments by some pubs that rolling up the pubs has a tendacy to impress them also. Atleast this is what several of the new members have said. |

lol...lets try it. How about for the next couple of days all AGE on one side, unless the teams are like 5 v 16 or something like that. The main thing is that the auto balancing doesn't work so its usually up to us to balance the teams since we cant manually move pubs. |

i want squad play and lots of team work.. so if you are like minded let me know and i'll join up with you in game. I like playing any role really .. dont really care what my kdr is as long as my squad is kicking ass |

i'd like the squad play too. it helps us win and level up quickly since we'll be assisting each other . |
